maid.co used to be the website of a residential cleaning service: recurring cleans, deep cleans, move-outs and vacation-rental turnovers. The domain now does something different. It is software for the companies that do that work.

For most cleaning companies the cleaning is not the hard part. The hard part is everything around it: the call that comes in while everyone is on a job, the biweekly client who moves to Thursdays, the new hire who has not seen the checklist, the invoice nobody sent, and the Friday afternoon spent adding up hours for payroll. It usually lives across a scheduling app, a phone service, a spreadsheet of gate codes, an accounting package, an e-signature tool, a job board and a group text, none of which know about each other.

maid.co runs on erp.io, a business platform built by DEV.co, which means the scheduling, crews, checklists and invoicing a cleaning company needs every day sit on the same client record as the phones, CRM, marketing, accounting, contracts, hiring and training it needs to grow.

We build it with a few rules. Nothing should be typed twice. A cleaner should never have to call the office to find a gate code. An owner should know by Monday which clients and which crews made money last week. And moving your company over from another tool should bring everything with it, including the checklists and photos you already collected.
